Geisha Variety

What sets this Estate apart is that the dominant Arabica plant grown on the estate is the famed Panama Geisha (Gesha) varietal. Geisha is widely known for its exclusivity and exceptional quality potential, which gives the coffee a wonderful additional layer of complexity.

Family-owned Estate

The Estate is located in the celebrated Sir John’s Peak area of the Blue Mountain and was founded 31 years ago by the Ramsay-Salmon Family. We are proud to help support Donald Salmon as it fits squarely into our philosophy of helping independent farmers.

Medium Roast – Developed to highlight its complex flavors

We present this coffee in a beautiful medium roast to accentuate its finest qualities. This coffee starts off with an incredibly rich aroma. It is exceptionally smooth, naturally sweet with hints of praline and floral notes. The finish is smooth, creamy and pleasantly lingering with a very soft mouthfeel. Luxury at its finest.
